Maine law states that to qualify you need to be 18 years of age or older and be a Maine resident.
To obtain your medical card, you'll need to book an appointment with a qualified physician. To prove your residency you'll need at least two forms of identification and one of them must be a Maine driver's license or a state ID card.
There are no qualifying conditions for a medical card in Maine.
